Original vintage movie poster for the 1979 German release of the 1977 American science fiction horror film The Incredible Melting Man / Todesgrusse aus dem Weltall - Der Planet Saturn lasst schon grussen, written and directed by William Sachs and starring Alex Rebar as Steve West (an astronaut exposed to radiation that turns him into a melting man who needs to eat people to survive), Burr DeBenning as Dr Ted Nelson, and Myron Healey as General Michael Perry. Great sci-fi artwork featuring a policeman shooting the zombie melting man attacking him as a police car approaches, a man lying dead on the side and a spaceship flying around Saturn above, in front of a superimposed image of the melting man dominating the background, the title in stylised yellow letters below. Very good condition, folded as issued.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
