And if you have suspicions, report them immediately to the first superior you meet - featuring the bold text warning against spies and espionage activities in red and black on the right hand side and a dynamic graphic design by the Italian poster artist Luigi Martinati (1893-1967) on the left depicting a stylised image in orange and red shades of a face holding a finger to the lips to indicate the need for silence in front of a soldier's helmet and a dagger in shades of black and grey. What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
