United China Relief UCR was founded in New York in 1941 to raise funds and send aid to support the people in China after the 1937 invasion of Japan and with medical, educational and economic rehabilitation and rebuilding efforts, formed by several charity organisations in the United States of America that were helping refugees and destitute Chinese people following the second Sino Japanese War (1937-1945); the organization was renamed United Service to China in 1947. Horizontal. Good condition, creasing, staining.

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
