Original vintage advertising poster for the Rank Xerox Copy Bureaux - Walk in service Shell Centre 10 York Road SE1 Head Office & Night Service - featuring a map of London showing the company's office by the Embankment near Waterloo Station and Waterloo Road, the London Underground stations marked with London Transport roundels and main railway stations including Cannon Street, Mansion House, Blackfriars, Holborn Viaduct, Aldwych, Temple, Strand, Charing Cross, Trafalgar Square, Westminster and Lambeth North with trains, cars and buses crossing the River Thames on Southwark Bridge, Blackfriars Bridge, Waterloo Bridge, Hungerford Bridge, Westminster Bridge and Lambeth Bridge, piers and boats on the water with the names of major roads and streets and details of historic monuments and popular tourist destinations and parks including St Paul's Cathedral and other churches, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Nelson's Column and St James' Park with the telephone numbers included on the text over the 3D city buildings in Blackfriars. Are your posters originals?

All antique and vintage posters listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity. 

What is a lithograph?

Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.

With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
