Original vintage three sheet movie poster for the UK release of the 1921 American film Luxury aka The Unmarried Bride directed by Marcel Perez and starring Rubye De Remer (Ruby Burkhardt; 1892-1984) as Blanche Young with Walter Miller, Fred Kalgren and Grace Parker, presented by the Mercury Film Service Film House, Mill Hill, Leeds. Great illustration for this silent movie featuring a lady with her arm around another lady, both wearing white dresses for a wedding and holding bouquets of flowers with smartly dressed people and a lamp shining light behind them, the stylised text above and below - Rubye De Remer the most beautiful woman in America in "Luxury" - against a dark background. Large size three sheet poster. Very good condition, restored folds and minor tears, backed on linen.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
