Original vintage advertising for the French National Lottery charity poster - Loterie de Bienfaisance - on 30 January 1937 with prizes including a Peugeot car model 402, Burr walnut study, dining room and bedroom, gold watch and bicycles. Great Art Deco design featuring an elegant statue of a lady holding up a red Peugeot 402 car with the text around the image in stylised red and black letters. Printed in France by Imp. Wolf, Rouen. Good condition, folds, light staining and creases on bottom margin.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
