Original vintage Kawasaki motorcycle advertising poster - Hallucinante / Depuis 1969 500 H1 40 ans deja - featuring a black and white Kawasaki cruiser style motorbike against a colourful retro seventies psychedelic style hallucinatory flower pattern in red, orange, pink and yellow shades, the bold stylised text under the bike in the centre of the flower shape with the Kawasaki slogan below Let the good times roll (from their 1973 advertising campaign). The Kawasaki Motorcycle & Engine company is a division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries (founded 1878); the H1 multi cylinder street motorcycle model was produced from 1968 to 1976. Good condition, staining, creases on margin, thick paper.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
