Original vintage poster for the Painting of L’Ecole de Paris 1900-1950 exhibition at The Royal Academy of Arts from 13 January to 7 March. Great design by Theodore Ramos (b 1928) featuring a colourful painting by the French artist Pierre Bonnard (1867-1947) depicting the corner of a table with a food basket, bread, fruit and plates on it, the text above and below in stylised grey letters. Printed in France by Les Presses Artistiques. A small stripe of paper has been added to correct the original admission price for the exhibition. Good condition, faint staining and waving in bottom margin, slight creases and folds in margins.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
