Large, bright and colourful image of scantily dressed can-can dancers in a line wearing sparkly outfits and feathers with an elegant semi-nude lady dressed in jewels by a red curtain, for a cabaret performance at the famous Casino de Paris music hall. Artwork by OKley (Pierre Gilardeau; 1924-2007). Henri Varna (1887-1969) was a French actor and theatre director. Good condition, restored loss, tears, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
