Original vintage railway travel poster advertising the rail service to the ski resort of Nuria in Catalonia at an altitude of 1964m Nuria Pirineo Catalan Espana / Catalan Pyrenees Spain featuring great artwork by Marcias Josep Morell (1899-1949) depicting a white and blue electric train travelling over a hill in front of snow topped trees and the white snowy mountain peaks of the Pyrenees with the Art Deco style text below in pale green lettering against the brown background. The Vall de Nuria Rack Railway was opened in 1931, becoming part of the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya FGC in 1984. Printed by Artes Graficas S.A., S.res de Henrich, Barcelona. Good condition, paper loss at bottom right corner, staining on right margin.
