Original antique railway poster showing a map of The Clyde and West Highlands Tourist Routes featuring a great image marking the train route in red as well as the islands, rivers, cities and towns including Mull, Perth, Stirling, Edinburgh, Leith, Fort William, Oban, Dundee and Glasgow with the stylised title text above and information text below. The North British Railway was established in 1844 providing cargo and passenger rail services, becoming the largest railway company in Scotland until 1923 when it merged with the London and North Eastern Railway (LNER). Fair condition, restored creasing, foxing, staining and restored tears, restored paper losses on right margin, backed on linen.
