Original vintage sport poster for the Citroen ID19 racing in the Monte Carlo Rally featuring a great mid-century design depicting the Citroen logo as a number 1 to read 1ère in French (la première / the first or 1st) against a yellow-green background with Monte Carlo in stylised bold blue lettering below. The Citroen ID19 won the Rallye Monte Carlo in 1959 by French rally driver Paul Coltelloni (1920-1999) and in 1966 by Pauli Toivone (1929-2005). Large size. Horizontal. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, backed on linen.
