Original vintage fascist Italian World War Two poster - Fratricidio! / Fratricide - featuring an Italian soldier wearing a torn and bloodied uniform and holding his rifle gun forward as he moves forward on his knees in front of two characters in uniform depicting the American and British military laughing and pointing at him in the background, the slogan in bold red painted style letters below. Artwork by Gino Boccasile (1901-1951) who produced propaganda posters for the fascist leader Mussolini and the Italian Social Republic during WWII. Large size. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, restored paper losses, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?
All our antique and vintage posters, books, maps and prints listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity.
What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
