The Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church was built on Breitscheidplatz public square in the centre of Berlin during the 1890s and opened in 1906; it was badly damaged during a World War Two bombing raid in 1943 and only partly rebuilt from 1959-1963; the damaged spire was retained and its ground floor is now a memorial. Printed in Germany. Good condition, restored crease marks, restored tears, restored paper losses on edges, restored pinholes, trimmed edge, minor staining, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?
All our antique and vintage posters, books, maps and prints listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity.
What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
