Original vintage World War Two propaganda poster - Germany Wins / Duitschland Wint - featuring the cross section of a ship sinking into the sea with images of military planes and tanks appearing on the hull, the text reading - What the sinking of a tanker of 10,000 BR.R tons exactly means / Wat het tot zinken brengen van een tanker van 10,000 BR.R ton precies beteekent - in reference to the Battle of the Atlantic when, from 1941, Germany increased its production and use of U-boats / submarines to attack the navy and merchant ships that were vital to Britain's supplies, to make it clear that Germany would win the war on all fronts. What is a lithograph?

Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.

With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography. 

Where do you deliver to?

We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
