James Bond The Spy Who Loved Me
On Reserve Original vintage movie poster for the classic James Bond film The Spy who Loved Me – It's the Biggest. It's the Best. It's Bond. And B-E-Y-O-N-D. Released in 1977, the film was directed by Lewis Gilbert and starred Roger Moore as 007, Barbara Bach and Curt Jurgens. Fantastic composition showing Roger Moore as the smartly dressed British spy James Bond standing in the centre wearing a tuxedo / black tie suit and holding a gun with a Bond girl on his side, camels walking in the desert by the Sphinx in Egypt in front of a setting sun inside a diamond shape, a smaller depiction of a jet ski above, three submarines in a futuristic base below with other smaller images depicting scenes from the film and the text in black, red and white letters with the credits below in blue letters. Design by the American illustrator Bob Peak (1927-1992) who became known as the "father of the modern movie poster". Very good condition, folded as issued.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
