Original vintage travel advertising poster to promote the seaside town of Luc sur Mer and the coastal area of the Cote de Nacre in the Calvados region of Normandy in the northern part of France. Colourful Art Deco design depicting three images: the seafront in the resort town of Luc sur Mer with sailing boats at sea in the foreground and beach cabins on the sand and along the promenade in front of the town's buildings and a French flag; the image above showing a dramatic sea crashing against cliffs on the coastline; and the image below depicting people walking along the promenade in the evening with the text positioned above and down the right side in stylised white, black and orange letters. Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
