Original vintage Soviet anti-American propaganda poster: Villains to answer They will not hide from the anger of the nations! featuring a caricature style image on a dark background of a US General smoking a cigar as he tries to cover up a biological weapon lab with a blue UN flag - the boxes marked typhoid, cholera and plague with the destinations of Korea and China - bombs exploding on the side and a box marked with a dollar sign at the back, the text above in stylised red and grey letters. Very good condition, small stains and faint creases on margins.

Are your posters originals?
All our antique and vintage posters, books, maps and prints listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity.
What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
