Hedemora International TT Race
Original vintage motorsport poster for the Internationellt TT Lopp Motorcykler Midgets / International Midgets Motorcycles TT Race in Hedemora Sweden on 14-15 July featuring a colourful dynamic illustration of a biker racing at speed on a motorbike numbered 15 with race cars and more motorcyclists in the background, the front tyre forming the O in Hedemora and a banner across the letters TT. First held in 1933 the Hedemora TT Circuit is a street circuit race known as the Swedish Grand Prix since 1954 (under new regulations the Tourist Trophy name is only used for the Isle of Man and Assen); cars were introduced to the race in the 1950s. The 1951 event was won by the Swedish racers Henry Bohlin on a Puch (125-175cc class) and Vlag van Zweden Hasse Danielsson on an AJS (350cc class) and the Danish race Vlag van Denemarken Svend-Aage Sorensen on a Norton (500cc class). Horizontal. Good condition, creasing, staining.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
