Wills Trophy Silverstone BARC 1967
Original vintage motorsport poster for the W.D. & H.O. Wills Trophy organised by the British Automobile Racing Club International Meeting Silverstone Easter Monday 27 March 1967 featuring a dynamic drawing by the English artist Dexter Brown (b. 1942) of a racing car driving at speed in black and white with the bold white and black text against the red background above with the BARC logo and below with the programme of race events including Formula 2 qualifiers for the European Challenge Series and F3 car races and a chart of admission prices. The British Automobile Racing Club was formed in 1912 (originally named The Cyclecar Club). Excellent condition.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
