Original vintage lithograph motorsport poster for the Grand Prix Championship at the Syracuse racing circuit Formula Two on 16 March and Sicilian Gold Cup on 19 March - Ente Autonomo Circuito Di Siracusa II Gran Premio Siracusa manifestazione automobilistica internazionale di velocita Formula 2 III Coppa d'Oro Sicilia manifestazione automobilistica nazionale di velocita per vetture sport internazionale da 1100 a 3000 cmc - featuring a dynamic auto racing image depicting a classic car in driving at speed in front of another car past stylised trees and cactus plants with the bold text above and below. (Ferrari and Maserati cars mostly took part in the race but the car featured might be an Alfa Romeo Tipo 159 Alfetta.) Good condition, restored and backed on linen.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
