Original vintage sport event poster for the VI Raid Dei Laghi motor race held by the Enna Automobile Club on 29 June 1970 featuring a great graphic design depicting three red sports cars racing around a white steering wheel as the road around a lake with white sketch illustrations of a duck in front of reeds, two fish and sailing boats on the blue water, the bold white lettering over a blue chronometer clock stopwatch image above and the rest of the text above and below a red and white striped tower against the black background. Design by Filippo Romoli (1901-1969). Printed in Italy under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Entertainment and of the Tourism, Communications and Transport Department of the Sicilian Region. Good condition, folds, creasing, small tears.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
