Original vintage German Auto Motorcycle advertising poster for the International ADAC 500 Kilometre Race organised by the German Automobile-Club ADAC and held at the Nurburgring track on 28 August 1955. Dynamic artwork showing a silver car that looks like Maserati 150S sporting the number three racing past the Nurburgring control tower featuring the Continental yellow brand with the text in stylised black letters and information below with ticket prices inside a yellow inset and the German Automobile Club logo on the right corner. Very good condition, light creases on margins.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
