Original vintage travel poster for Dubrovnik Jugoslavija / Yugoslavia featuring a colourful design of the historical buildings and old town fortress walls with trees on a sea blue background. Located on Adriatic Sea in the Mediterranean the ancient seaport city of Dubrovnik is now a UNESCO Heritage Site and a popular tourist destination; the city became part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia from 1918-1991 and, since liberation, is now located in the Republic of Croatia; more recently this old walled city was used as a filming location for King's Landing in the Game of Thrones TV series. Fair condition, restored tears, restored paper skimming, restored pinholes, restored creasing, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?

Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.

With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography. 

Where do you deliver to?

We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
