Original vintage movie poster for the award winning coming of age comedy film set in 1962 - American Graffiti - directed and co-written by George Lucas with Gloria Katz, produced by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Richard Dreyfuss and Ron Howard as high school graduate friends in California the night before heading off to college with Paul Le Mat, Harrison Ford, Charles Martin Smith, Cindy Williams, Candy Clark, Mackenzie Phillips, Bo Hopkins and Wolfman Jack. Great sixties design featuring a black and white image of a smiling waitress on roller skates holding up a tray of food and drink and looking out to the viewer, standing in a car park in front of a diner against a bright orange sky background with the stylised title text above and the credits below. Artwork by the pop culture artist and airbrush illustrator David Willardson known for his work with Disney characters and the Rolling Stone magazine. Excellent condition.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
