Original vintage Soviet space education propaganda poster - I can handle all the sciences, I want to become a cosmonaut! - featuring a black and white photograph of a smiling boy in a CCCP / USSR cosmonaut space suit with a pioneer tie in red around his neck and a dynamic blue rocket launch shape in the background that lists various school subjects: Geography Algebra Physics and Astronomy as well as the names of two books: Road To The Stars / Дорого в космос by the first man in space Yuri Gagarin (1934-1968) and How The Steel Was Tempered / Как закалялась сталь by Nikolai Ostrovsky (1904-1936), a red star and the bold quote on the dark starry sky background above. Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
