Great design for this new car produced by Standard Motor Company featuring a silver Flying Standard model in front of a large Union Jack flag flying behind trees against a blue sky with the title in the bottom margin in stylised red and white letters. The Standard Motor Company (1903-1968) was a Coventry based car manufacturer that produced Flying Standard models from 1936. Horizontal. Very good condition, restored tears, minor loss, backed on linen.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
