Ford GT 40 Gran Turismo
Original vintage racing car poster featuring a Ford GT (Grand Touring / Gran Turismo) two-seater sports car with Dunlop tyres on a blue background, its gullwing aircraft doors open to show the steering wheel, gear stick and seats. The Ford GT 40 is a high performance American-British endurance racing car, built and designed in England (Mk I, Mk II and Mk III) and in the United States (Mk IV) between 1964-1969, powered by a series of American-built engines. The car won the 24 Hours of Le Mans four consecutive times, from 1966 to 1969 (1966 Mk II, 1967 Mk IV, 1968-1969 Mk I - the oldest chassis design). Horizontal. Good condition, restored minor loss, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
