Original vintage poster advertising NSU Motorenwerke AG, a German manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles and pedal cycles founded in 1873. Great image depicting a young man sitting on a bicycle and smoking a cigarette while chatting to two young smiling ladies leaning over a wall, one of the girls holding a red rose in her hand, the bright colours of their clothes, shiny new bike and the blue NSU logo above contrasting against the grey and brown backdrop. Very good condition, restored folds, tears and minor paper loss, light staining, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?
All our antique and vintage posters, books, maps and prints listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity.
What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
