Stunning constructivist design featuring a man holding a gun and standing behind a lady above the title in stylised lettering running along the centre with the face of a man below and a lady standing in a doorway in the bottom corner, in dark tones against a red background. Artwork attributed to the notable Soviet artists the Stenberg Brothers (Vladimir 1899-1982; Georgii 1900-1933). Good condition, restored loss on the top part of the poster, staining, small restored tears and loss on margins, backed on linen.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
