Original vintage movie poster for the French release of the cult American thriller film Bullitt based on the 1963 novel Mute Witness by Robert L. Fish, directed by Peter Yates and starring Steve McQueen, Robert Vaughn, Jacqueline Bisset, Don Gordon and Robert Duvall, with the jazz inspired music score by Lalo Schifrin. Great design featuring the iconic photograph of Steve McQueen dressed in black and wearing a gun holster with a car chase scene from the film below in black and white, the title and text on the side in orange, red and black letters between the horizontal black lines in the background. Printed in France by Ets Saint Martin. Very good condition, restored folds, backed on linen.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
