Original antique cinema poster for the 1920 American silent film, The Perfect Woman, released in Sweden as Hundra procent kvinna (Hundred Percent Woman), directed by David Kirkland. The film stars the prominent silent-era actress Constance Talmadge, features an Art Deco style illustration by Swedish illustrator and advertising artist Eric Rohman (1891-1949) depicting Talmadge, wearing a black flapper-style dress with graphic, circular blue and red patterns and a matching red belt, with bold, eye-catching blue font for the main title, with the actress's name prominent in red above. Printed by Haeggström Lito, Stockholm. Good condition, folds, creasing, tears, minor staining, small paper losses.

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
