Original vintage music advertising poster for the release of The Rolling Stones new album Sticky Fingers featuring a black and white photograph of the partly dressed band members Charlie Watts, Mick Taylor, Bill Wyman, Keith Richards and Mick Jagger posing and holding up the record vinyl cover of the Sticky Fingers album showing artwork of a close up of a man in tight jeans, with the iconic tongue and lips logo in red on the title text in bold black lettering above and two stamp designs on the image in red marking the album name and band name. The award winning Sticky Fingers album was released on 23 April 1971 under the band's own Rolling Stones Records label; the original cover art featured a working zip on the jeans and was conceived by the notable American pop artist Andy Warhol (1928-1987) and his studio The Factory in New York. The iconic tongue and lips logo (aka Hot Lips logo) was designed by the English art designer John Pasche in 1970 and modified by Craig Brown. Very good condition, light creasing and minor staining, pinholes.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
