Original vintage art poster for a Marcel Gromaire (1892-1971) exhibition at the Museum of Original Drawings and Prints / Musee du Dessin et de l'Estampe Originale featuring a 1925 etching on zinc of a Seated Nude / Nu Assis by the French artist showing a lady sitting with her legs crossed, looking at the viewer with a view of trees and clouds visible out of the window in the background. Good condition, creasing on edges, minor staining.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
