Original vintage movie poster for the Polish release of the 1973 French comedy film La Belle Affaire / Wspanialy Interes directed by Jacques Besnard and starring Michel Serrault, Rosy Varte, Michel Galabru and Paul Preboist about two coffee shop owners who reignite a gang war to save their bistro from being a centre for drug traffickers. Fun illustration of a skeleton head and arms with a polka dot bow tie jumping out of a blue and green flower patterned box like a jack-in-the-box holding one thumb up and one thumb down, looking towards the viewer, with the stylised title text above against the pink background. Very good condition, small tear in bottom left corner.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
