Original vintage Soviet film poster for Sibiriade / Siberia a four part epic by Andrey Konchalovsky, starring N. Mikhalkov, E. Leonov-Gladyshev, L. Gurchenko and others. The poster features a red, white and black illustration of two men dressed in hats and long coats, a pine tree and a river with a silhouette of a lady in the distance and pylon on the side with text below the image. The plot of this historical drama film follows the lives of two Siberian families throughout generations. The film was awarded the Cannes Festival Grand Prix in 1979. Good condition, folds, creasing, staining, tears.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
