Original vintage advertising poster for the 14th International Jazz Festival held in Warsaw Poland 28-30 October 1971, the Jazz Jamboree 71. Colourful design by the award winning Polish artist Henryk Tomaszewski (1914-2005) featuring a trumpet against a pink background with the title and event information in Polish and English in stylised letters inside a white cloud coming out from the bell of the music instrument. Printed in Poland by PZGraf. RSW, "Prasa", Bydgoszcz. Very good condition, minor restored tears, faint stain on bottom right margin, backed on linen.

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
