Original vintage aviation sport poster for the Aerial Acrobatics World Cup held on 9-10 June in Vincennes Paris organised by the Air Propaganda with Le Petit Parisien newspaper - Coupe Mondiale d'Acrobatie Aerienne - featuring a fantastic design depicting a red propeller plane flying up from a world globe with its thick white trail forming the shape of a question mark against the blue sky background, the flags of different countries flying above the bold lettering in yellow and white on the blue margin with the winged logo below. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, small restored paper losses, foxing, staining, backed on linen.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Practically all of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves carving each colour of the image onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, we believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £25 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
